We are a small construction company focusing on light commercial construction. Through our years of experience we have developed a great team of people whom we work with. We have the ability to do everything from concrete to roofing and everything in between. We are currently registered with the City of San Antonio, but we are not limited to this area.
Tina Houser is the president of JC Houser Construction. She has been in the construction business since 1995. She got started in homebuilding, but has branched out into commercial construction due to demand. She has several family members who have been in the construction business all of their lives. These types of relationships and loyalty can be the difference for a small and growing company. We really depend on our people, and they on us.
Some of our experience includes medical, restaurant, multi-family, remodeling, custom homes, and pools. We are not limited to these and have people on our team who have years of experience in other areas. Let us know what your needs are and we will either help you or find a company who can. We have worked successfully under many general contractors and as our own GC. We offer services such as roofing, paving, concrete, flooring, painting, wall coverings, tile, stucco, masonry, rough carpentry, drywall, demo, grading, etc. We also have working relationships with several companies who do HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
